Energie Plus installs and services heating and air-conditioning equipment, with the RGE qualification. Day-to-day sales depend on readable quotes, compliant invoices and yearly maintenance contracts.
Before the work, documents came out of the standard template: little connection to the brand, no maintenance contract born from a quote, and emails that did not carry the brand.
The goal
Get documents out of Odoo that the team can send as they are — quotes, invoices and contracts — with the brand, the right legal mentions and a customer signature.
02Approach & delivery
The brand, the contract and the emails, in the same Odoo.
Gloobal built the sales module on Odoo 19. Quotes and invoices carry the logo, the colours and a continuous paper background. The payment block and the footer — mentions and certifications — are set once, then reused on every document. A free title shows on the PDF and on the customer portal.
From a quote, the team creates a yearly maintenance contract : site address, equipment, period, its own numbering, initials and the customer's signature. The PDF uses the same visual language as the quote and the invoice.
Emails — quote, order, contract — carry the same brand. A button opens the Google review request, with no automatic send: the team reviews it, then sends.

Quotes, orders and contracts go out in the Energie Plus brand. The Google review request goes out when the team decides.
