A regulated sector, processes to structure from scratch.
The family foster care sector for older adults and people with disabilities relies on licensed providers, complex administrative steps and strict regulatory constraints.
Before this project, information was scattered, matching was loosely structured and day-to-day management was largely manual.
The goal
Build a central platform that both matches licensed foster families and runs the business processes — while guaranteeing compliance, traceability and ease of use for non-technical users.
02Approach & delivery
We turned the business needs into a complete Odoo solution.
Gloobal designed and built the solution from A to Z around Odoo. The first step was to translate the business needs of the sector — licences, matching, regulatory constraints — into a clear data model and clear processes.
The project includes custom modules for foster families, contracts, the sales cycle and matching, plus a customer portal and a public website connected directly to Odoo.
All workflows were automated : from the first contact through to regulatory documents, with the Stripe integration for payments and close attention to consistency between business processes, the interface and the data.
