A field business, and an Odoo that was still too generic.
KV Events specialises in events and equipment rental, with a strong need for consistent documents, rental management and a smooth sales cycle.
Before we stepped in, sales and logistics documents lacked consistency, and some business processes — options, statuses, notifications, rentals — were not close enough to day-to-day operations.
The goal
Align Odoo with the realities of an events business, while making documents and workflows reliable used every day by the sales and logistics teams.

Gloobal helped KV Events adapt their Odoo to the business, working both on business processes and on document generation.
The work covered a full rebuild of sales and logistics documents — quotes, proformas, orders, invoices, delivery and return slips — with advanced PDF report customisation for visual consistency, readability and compliance.
In parallel, we adapted the Odoo workflows for sales and rental: option handling, hiding rental times when they are not relevant, better statuses, notifications and team assignments through to invoicing. All of it was consolidated during the migration from Odoo 18 to Odoo 19.
